Delivery & Collection Policy

At Carnivore Butchers, we are committed to providing fast, flexible, and reliable service for every order.


Delivery & Collection Schedule
• Minimum orders of £50
• Operating Days: Monday to Saturday
• Time Slots:
    o Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
    o Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
    o Sunday: Closed


Order Timing
• Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery or collection.
• Orders placed outside these hours will be scheduled for delivery or collection within 48 hours.
• Same-day delivery or collection is not available.


Delivery Charges
• Standard delivery fee: £3.50
• Free delivery on all orders over £100


Collection Option – Collect at Warehouse
Customers can place orders online and select “Collect at Warehouse” at checkout.
Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.
Note: Pre-payment is required for all collection orders.


Preferred Delivery Times
Customers may request preferred delivery time slots at checkout. While we strive to accommodate preferences, actual delivery times may vary during peak periods.
However, all orders are guaranteed to be delivered on the scheduled delivery date.


Order Inspection & Issues
Orders should be checked at the point of collection. Please report any issues immediately to ensure a swift resolution.


Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to:
• Offer a suitable alternative
• Arrange later delivery or collection once the item is back in stock
• Or issue a refund for that specific item, depending on your preference


Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Carnivore Butchers, you agree to the following:
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An email confirmation of receipt does not constitute final acceptance until the order has been dispatched or prepared for collection.


Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase via our online platform. We accept all major debit and credit cards. No cash payments are accepted for deliveries or collections.
Cancellations & Changes
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched or prepared.


Returns & Refunds
• Customers must inspect their order upon delivery or collection.
• We do not accept returns or provide refunds after 24 hours from delivery or collection.
• Any issues must be reported within this timeframe to be eligible for resolution.


Liability
While we aim to meet all delivery and collection timeframes, we are not liable for delays caused by external factors such as traffic or weather. We will keep you informed and work to resolve any such issues promptly.
