Discarlux has launched its own Wagyu brand, Ushido, made exclusively from 100% pure genetic Wagyu.

All animals are born, raised, and slaughtered in Spain, following strict animal welfare standards. From birth, they are nurtured alongside their mothers, ensuring healthy and stress-free development.

Ushido cattle belong to the Japanese Black breed of the Tajima strain, known for their black coat, smaller size, and slow growth. Despite their modest stature, they produce exceptionally high-quality meat with top-tier marbling. The animals are slaughtered between 30 and 36 months of age, precisely when they reach peak tenderness, flavour, and morphological excellence.

In addition to Ushido, Discarlux is also a certified distributor of authentic Japanese Wagyu, directly sourced from the prestigious regions of Kagoshima, Hokkaido, and Miyazaki.
